AL FAKHER CARDAMOM SHISHA REVIEW

For those of you out there a little reluctant to try some of the less sweet, and more traditional shisha flavours out there this may just be the one to convince you otherwise. Cardamom is a spice typically used in Indian cuisine as well as Indian sweets and teas. It smells spicy-sweet and slightly gingery. The cut is typical Al Fakher, medium cut, thick and juicy and also quite dark in colour. The smoke is very thick and rich, and comes as close to the original spice in flavour as any shisha flavour is likely to owing to its simplicity. It is actually a surprising little shisha, and one that could quickly become a regular smoke for you if you give it a chance. The best thing about this flavour is that it fills the room with a warm spicy aroma and is extremely relaxing to smoke. This is due in part to the tobacco that goes into Al Fakher shishas, but also to the cardamom spice itself which has a reputation in the east for having certain health benefits. This shisha tobacco from the Al Fakher brand really did take us by surprise as we were not massively enthusiastic about reviewing it and were not expecting much. It is great smelling, great tasting, lasts long, produces good smoke and is extremely pleasant and relaxing to smoke. All in all a great shisha and one you should definitely consider purchasing, especially if your collection of shisha tobaccos consists primarily of sweet candied fruit flavours.
